This was our third women's retreat in Agropoli, a coastal town on Italy's Cilento coast just south of the Amalfi. We spent ten days based at a villa, usually starting the day with breakfast and yoga, and no two days looked the same. We explored Agropoli's old town and castle, took a day trip to the ancient Greek temples at Paestum, and spent a full day on the Amalfi Coast. We also went rock climbing above the coastline, visited a goat farm for a beautiful farm lunch, took a boat tour with stops to swim, and did a cooking class where we made pasta! In between were beach days and long group dinners. It's become one of the trips we most look forward to running.
